JOM to high half forward.Out: Johnson, Banfield, O'Meara or Brodie
In: Erasmus, Treacy, Fyfe
Still maintain that you can't play JOM and Brodie in the same midfield, just too god damn slow.
Well that bodes well for us...Looks like the Hawks have kept the dogs to zero centre clearances to this point in the game.
What part of his game at Peel is making you believe that it's deserved?Treacy has to play .
Good hands. We lack aeriel strength and Amiss is being asked to play on one of the better defenders. He has been playing very well up the ground. Linking up well. Strong body. Aggressive. What part of his game at Peel is making you believe that it's deserved?
He’s taken bulk contested marks? What part of his game at Peel is making you believe that it's deserved?
Maybe give them more than 3 games to find some synergy.Sturt and amiss in the same forward line isn’t working. They both want to play the same game and neither of them has enough weight behind them to disrupt the contest.
We’ll probably lose to Hawks.
Amiss won’t be dropped (but managed) young guy getting banged up. Give him a rest.

Some contested some in the open. 7 all up. Both are valuable. He has taken 3 contest in 1 quarter that I have seenHe’s taken bulk contested marks?
Ok. Everyone sees the game differentlyI feel like I'm taking crazy pills right now. Treacy has looked mediocre at best for Peel. He looks OK when he pushes up the ground as a 2nd ruck but inside 50 he's been putrid IMO.
Yup. Ship has sailed.Bringing Fyfe in to stem the bleeding is not the answer unless his dedicated job role is to chop out and protect the kids so they can develop. If we intend on making Fyfe the centre point, we're completely cooked.
I said a few weeks ago he wasn’t up to it (and got bagged mercilessly) so obviously I agree with you. No offence to the young bloke but I just don’t think he will ever be AFL level. Pumping 50 games into him before deciding that would be poor management. He’s had a good run at it this year already and shown very little. I know a lot on this board are massive on him but you can’t just pump games into a guy who is having zero impact.
