I actually dreamt about this game last night. JJ missed the final kick for goal after the siren and we lost 79-75 in the wet. LOL

I think that is all part of the process. These things take sustained effort to get through to young men. They need to understand that Walsh is not changing his position - and either you buy in or get out. I reckon JJ is starting to see that Walsh means what he says, and he will either rise to the expectations or be doing something else with his life ... up to him.

I'm still in the "for" column when it comes to Jenkins. A very mobile big man that can kick goals ... not someone you dump lightly.

Pivotal game for us. Our first test was against the Bulldogs and we failed badly. GWS will be competing against us for a spot in the top 5-8. We need to beat them. Every game like this we can snatch just cements us a place in the 8. Lose games Like this and at best we'll
Scratch 8th. I hate the expansion teams. They pillaged us. I can see GWS winning a flag in the next couple of years and it's a joke. AFL just handed them a flag with the ridiculous draft concessions etc. such a cynical move by them to try and win the rugby states. I hate the AFL and GWS for everything they stand for. I never want to lose to this scum.

Meh, the Lions were handed three flags and play out of a Rugby state. GWS might win their flag, or two. But will then fall into a heap like the Lions have.

You don't even realise the irony that your last sentence applies to the Crows as much as the 'rugby states'! This is 2015, not 1985.

Anyway, I was at the game and apart from the first 15mins your blokes played ok. Tex is a force of nature and can really dominate. I have a heap of respect for Betts after seeing him slot those beautiful goals in his pocket. He was dangerous all day but had no effect in the middle. Danger was a complete PITA in defence and cut off so many forward entries, all class and poise.

Once you have a few blokes back you can definitely go deep in the finals.
