The club is basically telling us they can’t find one person on planet Earth to teach these guys how to kick for goal.
I assume so because it’s been a problem for 10 years, that’s clearly long enough to identify the problem and find someone to help fix it. So clearly this means it has not been a priority or they can’t find anyone to help

Pretty simple Bevo .... sit them in front of you as a group, get the computer out and and show every missed tackle.

Berat Dale, Poulter and Khamis for their lack of physical efforts...

Old school!!

But no.... we will run with.... oh it's ok guys, we are trying hard.....

Hey you missed that set shot from 30m out three times in a row darce.... good try, I'm very proud of you

Yeah let's get a part time coach and keep our current forward coach who has kicked a total of 3 AFL goals as a forward in his AFL career. I don't care how good a thinker and communicator Spangher is our kicking for goal has been terrible

Adelaide looked like the Harlem Globetrotters and only won the quarter by what, 4-5 points? We’re still just in the game…somehow.

Even if just two of our easy misses were converted….

No one asks for perfection with goal kicking, but you can’t keep going at below 40%.

Missed tackles really hurt us, also, am I the only the one that thought Fogarty threw that ball after having too much time? Not a word said about it commentary.

I dunno, maybe get them to practise occasionally?
Get them a decent kicking coach?
Yeah I’ve made multiple posts about this over the past 6 or 7 years. I have implored the club to do something about it. I have likened it to practicing free throw shooting in basketball which I played at a fairly high level for many years. You can improve with practice but you can’t just practice without putting a person on the mark and trying to replicate the sort of pressure and kicks you need to do in the actual game. No point practicing without any pressure

Wouldn’t mind if someone gave Ben Keays head a wobble

crows are going to be begging for this to end by late in the 4th

That's the spirit. I don't think we've played too badly, just need to iron out a few deficiencies over the half time cordial.

When asked if he was Irish, having been born near Dublin , The Duke of Wellington replied "Just because one is born in a stable, it does not make one a horse"

VDM is listed as a forward, and plays as a forward, but he's not a forward. He might be a sort of a horse called a donkey. And Bev is a mule.

We are really struggling for any system whatsoever. Some of our bottom 6 players are showing up as outclassed. Khamis has been terrible, Coffield looks very slow. Our small forwards are giving zilch and are always out of position. Perhaps it's just better to describe this as a very ordinary team performance.
PS. If you can't kick goals that you should, you shouldn't be playing at AFL level.

It’s similar to the first game against freo earlier this year, isolating Buku and making us vulnerable on turnover. Don’t know if we can carry him come finals if we make it.

Bullshyte, it has been a big problem for years. He is the frkn coach, fix it.
I agree and have posted many times about what he can do, I suppose I meant not much he can do in game. Of course there is plenty he can do on the training track and over the years he has seemingly done nothing, but I meant not much he can do right now in the middle of the game. Its too late, they haven’t addressed it by now
