I'm still confident he'll be gone before season's end.

We've still got 10 weeks to navigate with an extremely difficult draw that will ensure the next defeat is never too far away and that the season is mathematically cooked by mid July latest.

We've only just turned past the halfway mark, the pressure hasn't really even started yet. Every loss from here will bring more pressure and more scrutiny. Once there's genuine blood in the water, that's when the spooky AFL360 montages will start. And once you're at that point, one bad performance does the coach in and you've got a Monday press conference on your hands.
Don't get me all sexed up.

Richardson should be going to the board with structural change to achieve his goal which is great success within the next 5 (now 4 years). If they don't acccept that then he resigns or they have faith in the man they just made CEO and they back his changes in to drive us forward. This is what I expect of the CEO to do in this situation, not wait around and watch your 5 year plan implode.

The media won't turn on Ken.

Matthew Lloyd was sprouting Ken needs to win 1 of our next 4 games, ONE!
Dunstall saying we should sign Ken for 5 years for a rebuild.

It is fücking bizarre!!

Yea I'm starting to think he'll be here next year unless we as supporters & members make it incredibly uncomfortable.

I admit apathy has set in but an actual visible rise up might get my mojo back.
The only way to stop him coaching next year is to have thousands of supporters turn up at Alberton to protest. Our supporters won't do this coz .....

Is Ken aware that Doctors can be wrong?

Yes they are questioning his decision like we can question any medical decision?

Absolute no reason why they shouldn't have been tested for concussion. It was a massive head knock. I hope the club get smashed in fines. Arrogant campaigner.
At least he made sense when he answered that - I thought he handled it well.

I never used to think much about the coaching and administration of the club back in the day, probably because their uncompromising drive for success was pretty much a given. Now...I genuinely loathe Hinkley, Koch, Richardson and Davies for what they've enabled and allowed to happen to this club. They don't get it. They just don't get it and they don't care as long as their comfy unaccountable roles go on. They're no-hopers. I despise them all.

Traditionally we capitulate under the weight of any sort of expectation. Hinkley's grand plan has not been to steel the group and teach them to carry that expectation as a point of pride, but to instead downplay expectation at every opportunity. We've never been ruthless under Ken (I'd argue ever in the AFL), even at our peak. This is why.
100%

The amount of games that are there to be won that this putz can't convert is astounding. The players try but along with dodgy gameplans there really is no grit & steal he's had a decade to prepare players mentally. They are a reflection of you old mate.
