She's not the type to make decisions like that even if the chairperson could make such a decision without the backing of the board. She's all buzz words and content weaving not practical decisions.
You could argue the seriously low turnover of footy department staff is a disruption of AFL club norms.

lol I can't remember which but some AFL media jabroni was going on about how Port did it right, referencing the Ratten sacking. Please let it happen.

She was the head of our 'AFLW Steering Committee'.
We were the last team to enter the AFLW and we are probably the worst performed team over the last 2 years.
I think she has given the team a pre-game rev up at some point as well.
