Had a pretty fun week in the thread, manangatang your oddness is disturbingly attractive. Was good to catch up with a few old stagers like cooney and Headless and good to see sausageroll helicopter in just in time for the match.

Roys didn't really look like winning this match at any point, even though we did hang in there and give it a hard thrust near the end. Demons played a strong strong game and deserve the victory. Can't remember who was on FinBar19 but I'm guessing it was probably half our team by the time the game was over. C0ngratulations Pump, chudshakes are on tap in the social club and TedDougChris has offered to drive you all home when the night is over.

I'll try to see if I have enough time to make a quick video of the trip from the Snow Dome to the BJ Oval. Having a busy day with crises at about 20 higher than the daily average. Will punch many walls today, it might affect my ability to type fast if I injure myself. I usually do because I have the sort of hands where I can't hide my thumb when I go off my tree. I promise to be fully dressed by the time the match is underway.

For any new or nearly new players on our team (eg TedDougChris is new here, Thommo333 is new but never posts so whatever, this might also be news for Matt_352 and he will probably welcome a distraction - I honestly didn't even learn the AFL result until the witching hour last night, I don't pay a lot of attention), the Mt Buller Demons are one of the two teams in the league that have been around since the inaugural season. They were formed as "Team Pump" in Season 01, way back in 2001. They've struggled for success but did finally win a flag a few seasons back. This places them in the middle group of teams which have won 1 flag, unlike us who are in the top echelon having won multiple flags. Mt Buller do however have a pretty good record against us and will be a difficult opponent. I believe they just beat the ladder leaders only last week, yes?

With fitzroybowiedog back fit and firing on the ball we seem to feel like a complete team again. We played a good game last week and we need to keep that sort of continual focus to win here this arvo. 3KZ is Football I know this is quite the ask but I'd like TWO goals from the wing today. Mooch needs another haul for his own personal glee if not for our scoreboard pressure. I'm not sure if Azarole can repeat what he did last week, I know he's capable, but our forward foil support tends to be a bit rotatey. Roylion might finally be over his Fitzroy premiership celebration "injury", although I wouldn't be surprised if it's still on his mind.

I was actually supposed to helicopter into another part of Okinawa but the typhoon winds were so strong we got blown way off course. By pure luck I ended up at Brunswick Junction Oval.
