Under the goroyals22 school of contracts we’d be playing 22 first years.

Oh phew I thought I was the cause of the players being rubbish, I just needed someone to tell me..

So what did I say that was wrong or are you incapable of any discussion on the matter.

He had managed game time last week, how many weeks in the wafl would you play him.
Besides it's not as though no one ever got injured playing wafl.
How many times can the club make the same mistake of forcing injury-prone players into the senior side without managed game time in the WAFL?

Before we bury the medical team does anyone know what the issue with Yeo actually is?

Oh my silly person, at what point, genuinely would it take for you to actually start to accept that our medical team, which is meant to be "elite" is substandard?

You are still in the small faction of apologists that keeps hoping we are ok with no personal change

medicine is a closed shop, more so in WA that some parts. How do Freo seem to perform better???

We are Australia's richest sporting club, fact

Injury/fitness crisis: we retain Kofoed who is apparently responsible for nothing and remains our high performance boss

Sack his ass and recruit the best and brightest out of uni. Right now

I can only assume he is injured as a result of smashing Dangerfield in a way that other teams' medical staff would not have approved of but ours gave the green light to.

Yeah, can't believe they've let Koefed use clandestine means to cause players to get poked in the eye, get ankles/knees trapped under opposition players, punch players in the throat in training, etc.

Also, 100% on board with sacking a bloke with a couple of decades experience and replacing him with a uni student for their first job :thumbsu:

Do you know what Yeo’s injury is?

All that’s been said is he’s sore and couldn’t come back on

Could be an aggravation of his pre-existing calf injury or some other soft tissue injury

Could be a cork

Could be something else

I’m just not jumping to conclusions

As for our other injuries I’ve outlined how most (over half) are collision based which our medical staff can’t control

Did our S&C program need a shake up? Yes and we brought in an experienced and highly respected operator to oversee that

Our players got through preseason noticeably fitter and until 3 weeks ago our injury list was in good shape. That’s now changed

Some of that could be down to bad management and some to being unlucky. Whichever way you look at it though it’s frustrating and I understand why posters are upset particularly when the club isn’t open about the extent of injuries

All I’m doing is trying to get people to focus on the nature of the injuries and not jump to conclusions because not every injury is avoidable

There is a LOT of assumptions to your post. Correct?

Was it not you having a whinge that Cripps and McG have new contract offers? Two players not yet even close to retirement who are two of our better senior players?

No

There’s not

You have literally written

Could

Could

Could

In the first 3 paragraphs of your rebuttal. So cut the BS and own it. If you're a sycophant, own it. We ARE terrible medically. You disagree. Own it. You offer nothing, no facts, no statistics, nothing

And you’re a moron who’d struggle to comprehend Run, Dick, Run

I said “could” 3 times because they are all possible causes for Yeo’s injury that we literally don’t know what it is which was my original point

As for facts and statistics, go back in this thread - I listed the injuries we’ve sustained recently and their root cause

IDGAF if you disagree

So you are saying that, IMO, you are literally good with conjecture?

Great. It's just indicative that you have no real facts and you hope our medical team isn't incompetent, based on nothing

Retain the prissy rage

There's no conjecture, you have basic comprehension difficulties.
