2015 season starts November 24th at the Dingley Football Club
Congratulations have to go the coaching staff on getting another first for the Dingley Football Club, having four players being asked to join VFL clubs from the SFL, great work

What about Dion Lucas (Clayton) signs at East Brighton

Umm not to sure exactly could be carrum community station.. I'd have to look more into it.. But yeah perfect bloke for radio.. Not so much tv but!
Wednesday nights covering basically everything football throughout a number of leagues is my latest whisper!

SFL looking good for 2015. Season opener at Trevor Barker Oval between last years Division 1 Grand Finalists should be a great way to kick start the season. Saturday Night game should attract a fair crowd from all competing clubs across all divisions. Great initiative from the SFL and both East Brighton and Dingley. All should be commended,

Not overly familiar with the league, but looks like a few clubs recruiting well at present. Anyone able to do a list of ins/outs for each team?

Would also be good to hear people's thoughts on top 3-5 players each club. Would be interested to see who is rated across the board...

Still firing shots Hilly, good to see. Have the Vampires recruited anyone under the age of 30 this year or are they looking to develop a few of the ******s running around in your reserves or are they are maybe going to spring a surprise a develop a local junior who has been ignored by the senior club for the last 4 years?? Yes Hilly we know you have won 2 of the last 4 flags. Congratulations.

Not sure how stating the bleeding obvious and the facts is firing shots! Perhaps a touch sensitive Raging
Maybe balance the arguement in that yes we have lost 4 of our best but we have picked up 8 pretty handy footballers to fill the void. Haven't heard much from The Vampires. Lost their Captain and best player and replaced him with a 140kg Phil Smith. Also picked up Glen Hall I see. Hope you you fill his water bottle with VB to get him through.

Raging like your passion, I too felt the same way about St Kilda City back in 2007, 09, 10 etc but you know what, just focus on your own club. Don't worry about what someone else says because at the end of the day you'll be on here 24/7 trying to defend the club.

Let the football do the talking.....I'm confident Dingley will go very close in 2015 (hopefully not all the way as I want to see my boys win another).

Best for mordialloc in descending order are:
-Carey Neville
-James pennycuick
-Todd bastion

Honourable mention:

Michael Barnhorn

Seriously? Neville and Bastion were entrenched reserves players at St Bedes. Notwithstanding the difference between Premier ammos and the SFL Div 1 surely their top 3 talent is better than that.

So who is firing shots? The Vampires have another 10 to play this year so should again be around the mark and competitive. You'll need to wait and see as to who they are and what age but footy is a funny game and the season is long so we're not making any predictions. At least we recognized when we weren't good enough and it wasn't just a bad day. Whether we'll be good enough this year is anyone's guess but the introduction of Colts will assist
