Let’s hope but let’s hope even more players now have to prove themselves more than one quarter in a Mickey Mouse game. That’s what good sides want.
Do you really think if he gets picked for rnd 1 that Ratts and Match committee are going to pick him on one quarter in a Mickey Mouse game.

Did not the Tiges say something similar about Butler?

Ratts to give him an attitude overhaul ;)
All my Tigers mates said we got a bargain with Butler, many felt he was better than Castagna. But they were all basking in a premiership glow so they thought the world was full of rainbows and unicorns and it's not about the prize it's about the journey, yada, yada, yada.

Looking at some of the clearances today, even if only a practice game, I think we missed the fast run and carry that Jones provided last year. We seemed to lose a bit of drive in some games last season when he got injured, not sure who has the legs to do that role if he is out injured again this season?

Also our biggest ever win against North Melbourne at Arden Street.

Also our biggest win against North Melbourne at Arden Street in 92 years (Round 16, 1929 - 70 points).

Stats :thumbsu:

The club said it would be a closed match on Social Media. Yet there are the spectators.
It's kind of hard to keep people out of a ground that has no fence around it.

No I’m not sure I said that. I talking about those who think he should be picked like that. No mention of how our coach picks the side. Maybe because I have no idea how he thinks about players.

Mate at the Tigers was adamant butler would be awesome (I thought he wouldn’t make our 22).

Same mate said Higgins is as good if not better if he gets focused properly. He’s got adhd and struggles to focus when it’s structured intensely.

Gee we've come a long way haven't we. From belting out the club song after a praccy win a few years ago to dismantling a club, packing our bags and going home. Finally a professional club, lol.

Solid looking rooster then haha. I was going to add, that he looked like a George. Maybe Coops thought so to when he rang the club looking for you 🤣🤣🤣
Yes well the baldness wasn't my choice (but have embraced it) but the beard definitely is. I probably look intimidating but I'm a cuddly bear...
