Worst of all, you let that prick Ross Lyon into the finals.
I was feral on him all night also Grove, he pays absolutely no attention to the defensive side of his game! MM would make an example out of him if he was coach, also thought some of his first quarter work last week was ordinary.
Agree that efforts like these are not what you want from potential future leaders.

Not here to troll. I feel genuinely sorry for you blokes. The feeling when the Tigs lost to GC after the siren was unbelievably gutting, and one of the worst feelings I've had in my lifetime. Most of you will struggle to sleep tonight and wake up angry tomorrow morning. My entire week was awful and I did a media blackout. You will find yourself not being able to take your mind away from football.
I dont wish this on anyone. It absolutely sucks. I hope to see you blokes rebound next week V the saints.

Dad reckons this reminds him of a certain loss to the Bears back in the day.
Harden up a dozen Carlton blokes did it last week people in glass houses!
Well done to the suns they deserved the win, they took there chances and in the end lead in the one stat that counts.
But all you carlton people getting stuck into Gibbs, Bell, Curnow, Ellard.. Grow up its a team game.
Ellard got smashed early on but kept playing,could hardly run.
Bell has less than 10 games in him, is still learning at AFL level, he brought what he always does, straight running and a contest.
Curnow is no world beater but he did his job and was actually extracting the footy and having a go.
And last but not least, for the Gibbs bashers, wake the **** up to yourselves, he had to compete against guys 4 and 8 inches taller in the back half, what did you think would happen..He is constantly exected to get 30 plus on here or otherwise he has not done his job.

Armfield played his heart out every week. Improved as a footballer by leaps and bounds.
Simon White was selected purely because he was a Ratten favorite. I would take Thornton over White every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
Joseph, Ellard, Curnow and Tuohy all are effort players who can do the job when called upon but are NOT and NEVER will be A graders. However, they are great depth players.
Dam I remember that game, I was probably 15 and that game cost Robert Walls his job as Carlton coach.
We need to trade in a player at half back flank and centreback.

Anyone pushing for Malthouse is dumber than the board members who would have to back flip on re-signing Ratten to sack him. Eddie sacked Malthouse after a GF like we sacked Fevola after an AA season. That sets off a warning light with me. Do not want Malthouse.
