Fat boy King on First Crack had a cry that it was unfair we got to play Norf twice and this other teams around us didn't. Get *ed King you stupid prick.

Did he mention Geelong who played North AND the EAGLES twice? and all their tough games have been at GMBHAWTFBHA stadium.

Are you sure it wasn't montagna that brought it up?? King likes Sydney and the way they play. Montagna doesn't.
King brought up the impacts of playing lower teams. Montagna brought how Swans played North twice - and Hudson shot him down by saying neither of those games were blowouts and btw Geelong have also played North & Eagles.

Think you’re a bit over the top here.

King produces some quite insightful analysis & is fairly impartial. I have a bit of time for him.

Yep agree, he is one of the only media voices talking about the Swans.

It was Montagna that brought up North, trying to say the Swans have had an easy draw. He is probably still cut up about the 05 Prelim.

King was actually bullish about our chances and said we are a year ahead of where we should be.

Great mates with Horse so makes sense why he has a soft spot for Swans.

Can be annoying with what he bangs on about at times, but not many in the media recognise what we have achieved this year. Kingy is onboard our train.

If we only get snippets on the footy shows this week, it will only further confirm that there is an obvious agenda.

Maybe they’ll surprise me. I’m all for going under the radar but I also want to enjoy some 5-10 minute segments on this great team, not just a 90 second job before moving on to how Richmond is the best ever 7th placed team in history.

Yeah I'm not usually one to care about how much coverage our games get, but the media can't spend all week talking about what a significant game it is and then pretend the performance and the result isn't significant, just because the wrong team won.

Can't they...

Journo maybe , but not a footy one sport ! he named 9 Swans and not Hickey , anyone that has any knowledge of the game would have him in the top 9 and 17 contested possies
To be fair bedders, I'm not sure he would've been in my top 9, but that's only because after the top few players, I could've put a blanket over about 15 of our players. I can see how he'd be in some and can also see how he wouldn't be.

Nice shout out to the SCG game yesterday at the beginning.

Swans v Collingwood talk first off the bat in this Round review

Whateley is what I think I sound like in my head when I'm telling a story after 7 pints.

BT is what I actually sound like.

Sigh..

‘Absolutely disgraceful’: Swans fans torched for booing Jack Ginnivan in win over Collingwood

"Collingwood midfielder Taylor Adams, who missed the game through injury, tweeted: “Imagine booing an injured player. Grubs.”

Imagine a Brownlow Medallist, Australian of the Year, multiple All Australian & Premiership Captain being booed into retirement for standing up against racism in the game.

Had some good things to say about the Swans..
Pies committed players to the contest - Swans held their width. The vision they showed of a Buddy goal, showed Buddy had 3 Swans players he could have handballed to who all would have a decent shot at goal.
It also shows just how hard (the limited amount) of Swans players are at/in the contest!
They talked up Heeney too - and deservedly so
Gave Horse a big wrap
