No im not talking bout that.... Swans literally asked for a top 5 pick in the Draft, they asked for the pick last year too.
THis is just not true.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND JUST NOT TRUE?

I don't know how you have come to think this is so but it is JUST NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I refrain from calling you a liar merely because it seems that you have misunderstood or been misinformed.

But

The Swans have NOT asked for a priority pick.

Um....and seeing as we don't have the priority pick we didn't ask for....and the ground was watered AT THE SPECIFIC REQUEST OF THE GEELONG FOOATBALL CLUB..

Quote from this morning's Age...you ignorant 3 year old

"Sydney beat Geelong on a particularly slippery SCG, the ground comprehensively soaked about three hours before the game after Geelong expressed concern about the hardness of the centre square."

And we don't even spend 100% of our salary cap as it is....(didn't know that did you?)

How are we cheats again? I'm lost here.

Charlie, I don't believe that LRT is a zone selection. In fact I'm pretty sure he's not. We didn't have zone selections then otherwise we would have taken Playfair the year before.

Zone selctions we DO have are Ben Mathews  and Leo Barry (neither of whom would have been drafted by any other club below 50 if at all).

to the wc supporter who asked me why i don't like them - see above quote :p

Duh....yeah. Because we're all exactly the same. Just like all carlton supporters are clones of Parrot, and all Sydney supporters clones of you. Moron.

He was. Playfair was actually drafted the year after, if I recall correctly. We didn't have the zones by that time. Besides, as a Holbrook boy, he wasn't even close to qualifying for our zone.

Forgot about these two. Still - 1994 and 1995 was when they came to the club... long time ago. In fact, it's only a couple of years after Victorian teams were effectively getting zone selections by virtue of the U19 system, which didn't end until 1992.

Its true people. Swans can only win through cheating.

Last night they watered the ground hours before the game to favor there game, the wet ball ruined Geelongs forward lines chance of getting the ball and ruined there game plan and also didnt favor Geelong who had a few players returning from injury.

Last night the time clock hit zero with the siren on all times being blown 5 seconds after it hit zero. It happened in the first 3 qtrs, what makes you think it wouldnt happen in the last

Salary Cap Concessions

Asking for Priority Picks

Knocking the ball over the line 60 times for a toal of 0 free kicks to Geelong

I could go on and on and on here with examples of Swans bending the rules but I think I have proven my point. Swans use every single fault in the laws of the game to use it to their advantage. They play themselves as unlucky team with a disadvantage in order for them to be able to pretty much do what they want, when they want without any penalities. If Eagles had wet t he ground before the game like Swans there would be a National Inquiry, however Swans have played themselves off to everyone as unlucky and the underdog and therefore dont cop critcism and bend the rules to allow them to win games.

Its happened all year, and im sick and tired of it. If Swans want to win a GF, they should do it by earning it and with some class, rather then winning it with no class and being remembered as the team that cheated there way to the Cup.

you absolute tool. the water favoured geelong! otherwise Sydney would ahve won by alot more than 3 pts. Syney played a quick running game that needs good disposal.
the acutal club didnt water the grounds, the SCG staff did.
nice allegation

And of course the Eagles really beat them fairly the other week didnt they? Just ask Goodes and Barry :thumbsu:

No personal gripe with sydney but they are by far worst offenders at present.
Disagree - the floods put on by Adelaide against US at AAMI and Geelong on Friday were the biggest I have seen since St.Kilda/Sydney in 2001.

Adelaide played the entire game with 16 men in their half.

If I were and Adelaide supporter I would be worried

Game plan versus the Swans....put everyone behind the ball, but still lose the contested possessions, manage two moments of genius, have the opposition get more scoring shots than you but pray they don't kick straight....

Phew that worked.....ONCE

It's hard being a WC supporter on BF these days.

I cop so much flak for rubbish I never created or agree with.

that's because so many WCE supporters post arrogantly as if WCE is the only team going to win the flag over the next 3 years.

No kidding??

It's a pity that opposition supporters arrogantly generalise all WC supporters.

And because some very stupid Eagles supporters should shut up about fairness until the Eagles win a premiership with a team that is DRAFTED and TRADED not cherry - picked from and entire State...

Oh.....and until the Eagles get a SINGLE IMPORTANT UMPIRING DECISION AGAINST THEM AT SUBIACO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

If you tally up the goals both sides would've got if it weren't for bad umpiring, then you'll find that we still would've won. But that's no fun, lets just focus on two decisions that hindered Sydney. :thumbsu:

all you southern staters complained like all hell when the lions were doing good. you just can't stand it if a team from a 'non-traditional' area starts winning and becomes contenders. if u guys didn't notice, that wet ground completely shut out hall, goodes and alot of the time o'lachlin. last week goodes, 30 meters out from the sticks, was blatantly legged and the umpire had perfect viewing and called play on. it definitely should have been sydney with a weeks rest and west coast v geelong. i think geelong are the cheats. their long 70's style haircuts cheats the faithful tv audiences from enjoying the game. lol. i think its great sydney are winning, i personally hope they win this year. i would definitely love to see the AFL knock the NRL down a few notches is sydney. NRL is completely sydney centered and corrupt.

GO SWANS!

Didn't this happen to Collingwood this season. Once maybe but twice looks a little strange... but who dares to critisise the swans huh! Still they haven't got a chance in high hell of beating the Saints in Victoria.
