Initially I was certain Tex would be back next year.

I am starting to doubt that as I think while on field we are going to struggle for the remainder of the year I do wonder if the change in dynamics amongst the playing group could give an impression to those at the club have moved on without him. Bringing him back next year could be too bigger distraction.

Why… he’s a year at time player. If comes back and plays well, he gets another contract simple as that. AFC really need Tex playing for another 2 years whilst Thilthorpe and Fog develop. Himmelberg won’t make it as he’ll be traded out this year or next.

if it was me I would of just pulled walker to the side and said "come on mate what you just said is unacceptable behavior and you know better." he would of known he made a mistake straight away.
