In that template I think the club made the right call with Navy IMO. One of the reasons many didn't like it was due to neither white or ochre ever being part of the club colours. TBF the wings are an now just iconic

I think the thing that made me love it most was remembering those early 90s days, they're my earliest Eagles memories and some of my fave.....reminded me of those.

The new ones are so much better. Genuinely the best we've had imo. I like the older ones in wool for the retro feel, have an OG long sleeve one myself, but as a modern kit the new ones are great.
I don't think there are any jumpers that look good with 3 colours, just ends up too cluttered. Maybe the Giants one, which I kind of like.

Yeah, and Carlton's logo from 18-dickety looks modern? FFS. We were born in the 80s, that's our heritage!
Regardless, the current logo is mint and a happy compromise.

Current logo is the best we’ve had. I hope we keep it for ever....or at least long enough to take delivery on these Castore jumpers.

Chuck any of your 18 on eBay and they won't go for half what an Ochre goes for, so I'll take my collection insteadDiscussing this made me go check out my guernsey collection - I have 18 different designs with zero Ochre. Favourite behind the yellow peril is the yellow indigenous jumper with the eagle head. Still got my first one which is royal blue wings - woollen made by Burley-Sekem.

Castore ............ not a good start.
But I can't say that I am surprised, after all the company is British.
I worked for a European multi national and was assigned to their British Operation, as CEO in 2001-2003 , employed 250 staff .
Lets just say the Poms talk a good talk, but sadly the delivery rarely matches what they promise.
They do however excel in disorganisation, inefficiency and incompetence.
Suffer badly, collectively from inflated egos and commercially over promising and under delivering .
I suspect that the EU are glad to be rid of them.
