Doubt it; did she give a police statement?

Might get done for providing a false report.

Nixon would have a case against her for defamation, but if the AFLPA acted in a reasonable manner, they should be safe (and I expect the terminology would be loose enough to cover it anyway - 'game into disrepute' gives you a lot of flexibility).
