That's not true. A former WA player has a hat trick at U17 and U19 level. One against an interstate side and one against a foreign team.

But yes at state level no hat tricks.

I’d say 25k as a conservative guess. Level 1 and 2 are reasonably full and level 3 is empty apart from the members area.
