I was going to post that it would be peak Pakistan to get rolled for 150 in the second innings on a complete road of a pitch, and now I’m pissed off that I didn’t do it.

Can thank Cummins for making him bowl those stupid continuous spells of short balls over the past 18 months.

Can’t have done his back any good given his prior history and the fact he’s a part timer without the “miles in the legs” bowling wise.

Beau Websters form over the last 18 months with the bats been crazy good but his bowling isn’t quite as good as Hardie. Would love Hardie with the WA bias and him being 5 years younger and Aus needing to have one eye on the future but rewarding good form Shield form is a must too

I think a safer batting option is more important than some part time overs at the moment. Webster ahead of Hardie although Hardie seems to have the favour of selectors.
