No.So what people are saying is we can't have any heritage or nothing can be counted as heritage unless it's black and white?
We have been around in the AFL for long enough now to be creating modern heritage
We haven't even secured that yet for the bars though have we.While I agree, you can't just blank out everything in our AFL time and not call it our history.
Mark down our black and white against crows once a year but also celebrate our modern history to
My favourite Port guernsey, after the PBs of course.

We wouldn't be wearing it this week though, so it's probably going to be worn in our next home game which is next week if I'm not mistaken. Better for the main promo to coincide with that actually being close rather than dragging it onThis drip feed of information is insulting. Just announce you're doing the Retro Round cash grab and get on with it.
I am pretty confident a behind the scenes handshake agreement with the current Collingwood President for us to wear the prison bars in our home showdown each year has been made. Also think it will be not be publicised for reasons that need no explanation - at least until certain media celebrities fade away into nothingness.No.
We are simply saying that the AFL can't pick and choose if they want us to celebrate our heritage.
Retro rounds mean nothing if the vast majority of our heritage is black listed
We were one season removed from wearing the PB in a final against a big Vic team when this happened.

Bit different to the situation today when we had to fight tooth and nail to wear it vs the crows.

In that case us choosing alternative strips from our AFL/SANFL strips for Heritage round makes a lot of sense. And avoids the repetitive shouty arguments that has bored everyone but Collingwood and us and takes the focus of the footy.
But I'm just guessing (and hoping).
Especially when you know our memberships paid for those hats to be sent out to all those journos who rubbish us all year and will probably bin them on the way out the office. This drip feed of information is insulting. Just announce you're doing the Retro Round cash grab and get on with it.

No. They made it clear that was only an agreement for a one off.Wasn't this announced earlier this year ?
In return we agreed to help promote the games we play CFC at the G
You can walk and chew gum without wearing crap guernseys I guess.Such an overreaction in this thread. You can walk and chew gum at the same time.

Ah yes because we are this piddly 'little' non vic club you always bang on about.Club needs all the money it can get and they can probably make a quick $100k out of selling match worns and then a bunch more replicas. I'm not fussed.
