Cheese… as the milliner
We have another TiF Awards finalist here!… as the milliner
No I have not. I fully endorse an Elton Johns Wig administration.@Gralin has TIF been nominated?
Seems quite a few agreed the rule was ambiguous and the charge was worthy of discussion:Thing about tribunal challenges is, the vote isn't whether you like it or agree with the rule. It's whether the situation is covered by the rule or it isn't.
Than it goes to the Committee, some of whom are dialing it in ...Generally expected that captains will update the ins and outs, remove the player and notify the change to the squad in the one sequence of actions but there’s probably enough ambiguity in the language of the rules for an argument to be made
Seems to be an epidemic of this, thought that was sorted a couple of seasons ago when a few were removed, sadly the infection has spread. If a committee member who understands the rules has chosen not to waste their time chasing up LG responses to a clear cut rule, that's just called efficiency. Rest assured they would have advised their LG but not bothered debating an unnecessary furphy.
Yet the a very similar argument was used earlier in the year to clear a club of a charge due to it not being specified that it was Eastern Standard Time, not Western Australian Time. The only confusion and in depth consultation and debate that seems to occur happens when club LGs or club reps don't understand the rules or the tribunal function's purpose.
It is the function of the Tribunal to objectively discuss rule interpretations, much like the High Court does with Legislation passed through Parliament. If a club feels the rules are wrong, then the committee is the place to raise that concern and get the rules changed. But that's not what a vote on a tribunal decision is for. Why should a club rep have to chase up half a dozen teammates for an opinion on a black and white rule for a spurious challenge? That's just clubs and other committee members wasting everyone else's time.

If stale Committee members want to dial in their responses based purely on the team names, they should be embarrassed enough to remove themselves and find someone else in their club willing to do the job properly.
DenieD , Pickitt , Elton Johns Wig and Jabba73 will you once appointed start a stickied thread to acknowledge and allow posters to pay there respects to the greatest Qooty team in the League? It’s never to late and it’s a chance to right wrongs and finally put to bed the fact that Baghdad Bombers has the most flags and has been the most influential club, carrying the league for to long now!
I’d vote for that and be at your service.
Yes, I know how it's meant to work but when you see things said like 'I'm not even taking this back to my LG' that's hardly an example of representation of anybody's view but the person voting.
When was that penalty applied and quite frankly the fact that you accepted it without questioning it doesn't preclude someone else from doing so.The extra detail which wasn’t included here is that we had previously been penalised for exactly the same offence - so what possible reason for debate was there ???
I made damicky my hype guy. He's doing well no?You currently seem more invested in the campaign than Ken does

Absolutely not. You can rest easy. The Cheese will have no say in any decision making on part of my adminship.Would this be a preview of your Administration?
I wouldn't want to be misled into voting for the cheese
Agreed mate let the secret 7 decideF*** me dead these admin AMA’s are dumb. What a waste of time. Nobody ever does what they say they’re gonna do.
Recruitment! I’ve got ideas. Next minute Sweet FA tour.
Expansion! I’m open to it but it all hinges on recruitment.
Fixture! FMD no problem.
The Rules! Jesus guys they’re pretty easy to read.
The admin now doesn’t need to do s**t. The last one even got one of the best admins in waiting to halve not doing s**t.
Who is the best person in this race to set up some threads, post if someone did something wrong and then get teams working together with a month to go so awards work smoothly? If they can navigate a calendar, even better.
We play pretend with a lot but we don’t need to play pretend with this role any longer. The pretence these threads give the league autonomy and ANY of these questions matter a damn. Your LG’s will pick who they like, don’t torture these posters any more. This thread is literally the hardest part of the role.
Well, this certainly helps us to sort the wheat from the chaff.Who is the best person in this race to set up some threads, post if someone did something wrong and then get teams working together with a month to go so awards work smoothly? If they can navigate a calendar, even better
