Another insignificant performance from Tom tonight at 32 he is making us all look very very ordinary.

Lock in the Coleman barring any injuries or suspensions... he is on fire. He might even win us a flag again, 2011 style.

Definitely. And so would all of us here. Would be another great team accolade for the ultimate team player.A Coleman would go nicely with the AA selections, the B&F and the Premierships. I reckon he'd prefer a 3rd flag to a 1st Coleman though.
Anyone see/hear the rumour Essendon are looking to throw a heap of money Tom's way to sign him up for 2 years?
Tell them they're dreaming.
"Hawkins Island"? Isn't that just isolating your key forward one out, which all sides would be trying to do?

The other key here is lately we have been playing with just one key forward. This means the other forwards have pushed up the ground and have the pace to push back, and we have medium forwards like Rohan who can take pack marks.
I hope we keep with this strategy because we have been cleaner forward with Esava out of the team so hopefully the MC don't try and shoehorn him back in. His role should be backup ruck, Jenkins backup forward, and that's it.
Sav must be persisted with, he can compliment Hawkins nicely, look at the SF last year.. they were both very very goodYes, Rohan's impact on our set up shouldn't be underestimated..boy, he has great hands......but that said, I think they will put more games into Esava when they can.
We forget he's yet to play 40 games and with more time to develop, could well be a very good player for us in the not too distant future. Let's say an investment for the future.
He's big, quick, powerful, a great leap, and has good hands. He's not in my best 22 just yet, but its probably just a matter of time.
