I’m a club over player person.

The way I view it, he left Richmond for the money, whilst Tom Lynch came to Richmond on less money. Riewoldt, Rance, Cotchin all took pay cuts in the best interests of the club. Deal was done day 1, 5 minutes in, so it must of been locked in ages ago.

I don’t begrudge Conca for doing what he did, but I have no personal or emotional investment in him now that he plays for the opposition and nor do I need too.

This is a well reasoned out rebuttal...cant argue with the logic... So yeah...see ya Reece

Bulter back forward with Baker as back up
Caddy and Dusty more midfield time
2 mid body mids with our first 2 picks to replace CELLis and Miles who weren't getting games anyway
Bolton with more mid/forward time to replace Lloyd
Maybe mature mid somewhere as well
Looks OK to me

I wouldn't want Caddy and Bolton playing mid.Caddy's an elite forward and Bolton not up to it yet.We need another proper mid, we saw what happens when Dusty is injured.

Its not news at all, its just rumor bs unless you can provide some proof.

Mate i've got a friend that gives me some inside info on some club related things who he gets his information from someone else with in the club, how do you expect proof, do you want me to record my conversations with him? you just have to trust information from reputable sources or move on, sick of hearing this give us proof crap.

Balmey on SEN hinted that our trade will mainly consist of getting Draft picks. Not against this idea as it should also mean next yr we can keep guys like Lambert/Vlastuin etc who are up for new deals etc.

Good strategy
2 or 3 kids with early picks and 3 or 4 mature / ready to go players with later picks

First week Scrimshaw went up to the Gold Coast he was living with Tom Lynch, schoolies was on at the time and he went out on the piss every night, Tom Lynch told him to pull his head in and Scrimshaw told Tom that “I don’t give a ****, I’ll be back in Victoria in two years anyway”
