Would be great if he still was available for us, apart from the 12, also kicked 8 & 10 this year, 56 in total (TAC Cup leading goalscorer). Kicked 8 last year too. Decent mark, has also played in the midfield.I rate Blake Hardwick and would be very happy if we picked him up with our 3rd round pick - about where I think he will land.
Amazing some of the talent that has come out of the PSA - although you would expect that. A couple of years ago, Trinity had 14 active players in the AFLPSA = Public Schools Association = Hale, GGS, Christchurch etc
Hale isn't a public school. Probably the second most expensive school in WA
90% of west coast supporters were complaining about 17 for Jetta. You really think GC would do 19 for Rosa and 38?The Suns already have several first round picks and will get another, pick 10, for Dixon. Possibly something else. So pick 3. 10, 16 and 19. They may not need 19 (comment off the Suns board).
The Suns are interested so I'd love to package Rosa + 38 to the Suns and get something back from them or Port. Suns send 38 to Port and we get Ah Chee would be very nice and something similar proposed earlier (just not with 38 involved going to Port).
The Suns would be a good fit too, they need more mature players and leaders.
If we could somehow get pick 19 from the Suns from Rosa + 38 that would be a very nice outcome. A 19 place pick upgrade.
Even a 3rd rounder from next years draft from the Suns would even be a decemt result.
Sinclair was for Jetta. 17 was for Redden!90% of west coast supporters were complaining about 17 for Jetta. You really think GC would do 19 for Rosa and 38?
Rosa will get us a pick in the mid to late 30s if we're lucky. You're kidding yourself if you think otherwise
Was expecting it to be a quantitative analysis but it seems like it's just his opinion.http://m.foxsports.com.au/afl/afl-p...ion-data-analyst/story-e6frf3e3-1227572559188
Champion Data rates us as big winners of trade week.
I think we're expecting a little too much from Emac coming off of knee. It'll take him a little while to get his form back. At least he did it at the start the season though so he's had more recovery time than usual.I actually don't see any holes in our list. What type of player do you guys think we need to be in the best position to chase a flag next year?
Well I can't see us trading anyone else in except maybe a Sinclair replacement.I actually don't see any holes in our list. What type of player do you guys think we need to be in the best position to chase a flag next year?

We're still missing that absolute true elite mid imo, however we are now building a very solid list.I actually don't see any holes in our list. What type of player do you guys think we need to be in the best position to chase a flag next year?
People are missing the point though, those complaining generally aren't complaining about the particular players involved, if you look at it from a player vs player perspective then of course Jetta is worth more than Sinclair. People are complaining because we had the player in the more valued position, of which there is a shortage of at the moment, we had the upper hand at the negotiation table and we accepted the first offer that was presented to us even though we initially said no. All I'm saying is that we continually seem to short ourselves at the trade table in comparison to what we could actually have gotten/given up. Very minor differences at the time of the trade which everyone seems happy to gloss over could actually make a big difference to the makeup of our list. For example if we'd gotten an extra pick, like a 2nd or 3rd round pick next year in the Sydney trade it could be the difference in points to enable us to pick up our father son selections next year without giving up our first round pick. And this is why I don't understand people getting upset about trades, days after they are made. A players form line before a trade is what sets the price, while their form afterwards is what determines the trades true value (i.e. who wins or loses) and even that is subjective. Judd and Ebert felt like a reaming at the time, but now I am not so sure we lost out. Yeo felt like we overpayed but in hindsight we may end up with a player closer to Fyfe (not saying he is as good!) than we thought when we traded which is starting to feel more like a bargain. I am happy with getting Jetta and Redden but there are no guarantees it will succeed, nor that Sinclair will florish or fail at Sydney, but our team looks stronger already, on paper at least.
What about a guy that could possibly lock Cyril if needed.
What's the knock on him? Too small?Stephen Tahana was All Australian in his underage year as a lockdown small defender. This year he's become more of an inside midfielder.
Expected to go around early second to late third. Would definitely like to pick him up. His versatility means he can lock down those dangerous small forwards like Cyril and Walters if they're causing problems and can otherwise run through the midfield. Classy and quick.
Sampi, such a sad situationWe're still lacking a quick small forward/crumber who has some tricks.
If we get that for Rosa that will leave us with three late second rounds picks right? Do you think we'd try and package a couple of them up to move up, considering it looks like we're likely only going to make 2 selections in the main draft this year? I think he meant that up until trade period most of us, and most Sydney supporters thought the deal for Jetta would be our first round pick.Sinclair was for Jetta. 17 was for Redden!

For all 3 of our potential second rounders?Reckon Sydney's 1st pick might be on our radar
