No everyone does not win. Essendon win huge. Freo get a meh deal, the other two get royally screwed. Especially considering that Carlton are supposedly going to give up pick 24 for Warnock, which means under your deal they give up pick 6 for pick 37 for absolutely no reason. And the Crows are as likely to give up Griffin for Nash as the Bombers would be to give up Hille for Doughty.
So we get two bad players, and one with serious off-field problems?
Carlton release picks 6 and 24 for warnock and pick 37... from freo?
Don't you think freo would demand the two primo picks and not pick up three terrible players?

I'm sorry...have Griffin shown that much has he, winning game for Adel. I wouldn't let him go, even if Freo offer their 1st round, a 22 yrs Hill.

So Freo is totally rebuilding then? Y keep Pavlich? I would have thought that Lovett will give u guys run in the midfield and Dyson run out of the backline. Griffin ur replace for Warnock. Griffin the equal of Hill according to 1 report.

It is not realistic at all.
For Essendon to get picks 6 and 24, they would actually have to cough up some quality.
Lovett is OK, but Dyson and Nash aren't anywhere near the mark.

Cool idea ....as this is such a straight forward trade where everyone wins it should be done in the first 2 days of trade week.
Why don't we then do this deal
Freo:
Gain: Pick 6 & 24 (originally Carltons) and Essendons pick 5
Lose: Thornton, Lovett & Murphy
Essendon: Picks 5, 6 & 24
Gain: Thornton, Lovett & Murphy
Essendon get a running defender, a full forward to replace Lloyd and get Lovett back who has surely learned his lesson after being traded and then re-traded back.
