Just call up SOS and say pick 12 for Yarran and 20. Ring Leppa and say Astbury for 21. Sign Lennon to a 2-3 year deal. Trade 49 for Moore & 67 for Townsend, use our last pick to upgrade Lambert.

Then head to the draft. Using Knightmares Phantom as a guide my picks would be:
20. Callum Ah Chee 182cm 71kg small forward
21. Mitchell Hibberd 191cm 85kg defender/midfielder
31. Josh Dunkley 189cm 82kg inside midfielder.

Changes to the list would be:
Out: Newman Astbury Petterd Knights Gordon McDonough Foley
In: Yarran Moore Townsend Ah Chee Hibberd Dunkley

Granted there are no doozies among that lot, but what does do is improve our depth which IMO has been our biggest weakness. At least this way we get the best of both worlds, ready to go talent brought in and we still bring in some real quality kids to develop. Also keeps the 'war chest' in tact for next year should a 2016 doozy present itself.
Apply for the Tigers job...

If an opposition poster is trolling, genuine trolling, please report. Do not take it upon yourself to respond. Just report.

If an opposition poster is just posting, stating information etc, and doing nothing wrong, then there is no reason to bag them out just because they barrack for different club. This board is open to everyone to see including opposition supporters, so not think this is a Tiger exclusive board.

If you're uncomfortable with opposition supporter posting then feel free to leave and go to a Tiger dedicated board like Y&B, PRE and OER.

If said posters were to follow a team that had a specific black and white bird as part of there club emblem, would we be allowed to mock them for there lack of dental hygiene?

Whoever the Doozy is, he would be hard pressed to push out this guy, in my eyes.

Can he wear a skirt as well as Ian?

If justified.

From AFL website

Richmond has indicated to the Lions it will consider trading key defender David Astbury to the Gabba, but only for (a) pick No.21 on its own; or (b) pick No.17, with the Tigers to pass No.31 back to the Lions.

The Lions received pick No.17 from West Coast for Jack Redden, and Richmond could eye it as a possible circuit-breaker as it attempts to satisfy Carlton's demands for Chris Yarran.

If we get 21 on its own
Or get 17 and have to give 31 to the Lions in the process

Wouldn't it be better just to get 21?

Screw Carltons demands. They get what we give them. If they want an unhappy Yarran playing for them, so be it.

They are bending us over so our recruiting team can parade yarran out the fron of punt road and pat each other on the back about what a great job they are doing....smoke mirrors and no vaseline

If we're ontrading it for Yarran I don't understand why we'd worry about getting the higher pick, stuff giving Carlton a higher pick, let Brisbane keep it

Effectively yarran for 12 . No ****ing way is yarran worth a round 1 pick . Not even close to it.

I don't mind it. Especially if Lennon goes.
Even if Lennon stays.
Stevie J and Lennon can play in the same team.
Stevie J also helps with midfield rotations and midfield depth.

They can definitely play together, but if Lennon goes we should be 100% all over him.
He had definitely slowed down a bit, would want him to play pretty much all the time as a forward, but can also be used as a mid if needed which is handy.
