Could be a pick in the 20's better than this years pick 19 ever will be in terms of the stronger draft

We have pick 12 still

Yarren for X-factor, Townsend for midfield depth, pick 12 for another player the quality of C.Ellis/Lennon + keeping Lennon.
Not a huge jump, but we still improved our list a good amount.

I disagree.

Townsend won't be in the team (at least for now) so that won't help our midfield issues.

Chaplin and Maric are only going backwards and we haven't addressed that at all.

Happy with pick 19. That was the maximum price to pay for Yarran. Carltoon as such tools to deal with. Going to enjoy smashing them next year.

and at our point of development we wanted him this year not next year FFS....you need to value the trade as to what we needed and wanted for our current posiition...he improves our position and that took 2 second rounders..so be it...FFS dude...do you sit there with an abacus and work out the value of 2 second rounders?
