hawks board have traded him to us for the last 4 yearsWould of been handy running around for us this year
Worth a rookie list spot if the Hopper deal falls through perhaps
Had massive wraps as a junior. Not sure what happened.were keeping tabs on him in his draft year
They got given that pick 11 by the AFL for being rubbish and then promptly traded it for cents on the dollar because they really rated Sharp (pretty sure it was him) and because if there's one lesson Gold Coast has never had to learn it's the value of a first round pickThere's something fishy going on between these 2 clubs.
This happened in 2019:
"Geelong have improved their 2020 draft position after a trade with the Gold Coast Suns at the 2019 NAB AFL Draft on Thursday night.
The Cats traded pick 27 in this year's draft in exchange for pick 64 and the Suns' 2020 mid-first round compensation pick (PICK 11).

Who the hell gives up picks 11+64 for measly pick 27. Points alone thats giving away 1430 points and getting 703 back. Geelong absolutely bent them over then and its going to happen again. Either Gold Coast's list manager is a imbecile pushover who used to get beat up in primary school and forced to swap all of his Disco Roach, Tony Lockett, Dermott Brereton, Warrick Capper, Dale Weightman, Gary Ablett Snr & Greg Williams in exchange for a half torn Strawbs O'Dwyer..... Or there's funny business afoot. I smells a rat!!!!!!
Amartey's a good talent with some flashes at senior level. Swans would do well to keep him and try develop. He's sort of like Chol with better pure forward craft, not that he could go into a senior team and kick 40+ goals. Chol really thrived with quick ball movement and space.
Contested inside midfielder. Big body but doesn't have too many strings to his bow and I'm not sure he's the most defensive minded runner eitherAdmittedly I don't know anything about Ely Smith.
What position do they play?
Any reason why they may not have succeeded at Brisbane?

recall seeing his tapes , looked to be a genuine prospect, reality is prob performed less than RCD at vflwe were keeping tabs on him in his draft year
at 21yo , seriouslyI think his hammys are *ed
* - We can, we just have to pinky-swear we'll bring in a replacement pick by next year.* - If we trade our Future R1 we can't trade any other future picks.
Yeah actually catching up on Howie Games eps. Thank * for podcasts

No way I'd lose Graham for that. If he wants to move on and there's five clubs keen, we push it into the high 1st round, even if it costs us Pick 19 or 30 as well.Hypothetically are Adelaide prepared to part with pick 23 for Graham.

Confirmed.
It's going to be nice to land 2 best 22 guns a young KPF from the Swans and watch the rest of them squabble of the scraps.Couldn't care what TT and Hopper cost as the club knows what they're doing - it'll be the right price.
The rest of the trade period I'll just sit back and laugh while people drool over things like the Bowes salary dump, and cooked Mitchell and delisted spuds like Stocker, Ely Smith etc.
The reason why we should be laughing is because we still have Clarke, Banks and Brown joining Sonsie and Gibcus soon. No need to look at any other players unless they're KPP's.
Have we actually been linked to a KPF or are you just shit stiring? It's going to be nice to land 2 best 22 guns a young KPF from the Swans and watch the rest of them squabble of the scraps.
