I’m in favour of trades until the week before the pre-season games. But, as I mentioned earlier, it should come with the clubs having the ability to send players to clubs of their choosing, combined with greater free agency rights for players. Shake the whole thing up.
I also heard the segment. The club is carefully not pointing fingers at Doogs or his management, but there is much more to the exit interview than we have heard. I will give you a clue ... His manager's comment that they had a very "mature discussion" has something to do with it ... odd choice of words! Doogs and his management had been approached by "other clubs" before the exit interview. Lets just say the club were not blind to this!
Its all about context ... It all depends on what Doogs had said prior to this in his interview!

Hey Ken. If nobody else wants Sam Gray, even on the cheap, maybe it's because he's no ****ing good! Maybe he shouldn't have been an absolute gold pass fixture in the side for the last three ****ing years!
I'm predicting we'll scrape into 8th place with an 11-11 record, lose by 119 pts in the EF, and retain Hinkley for 2021 because trigger.
Like most seasons he'll play three tall forwards for the first 2-3 games under instruction from KT to sell hope and memberships. Then he'll revert to type.
We don't have 3 tall forwards
