Strange article, the header "Is" is just an attention grabber.

Interesting they say on efficiency Cotch is 58% then the rest - Pendles 74% and Lids 78% But if you look at the stats, Cotch`s average effective disposals per game he is equal 14th @ 18.2 per game, and as a comparison Ablett is 18.5% Lids 18.8 Kelly 19 Pendles 19.8 Swan 20.2 Watson 3rd at 22.6

Their is not a lot in it and it surprises me those comments from him as he has been pumping him up on the radio all year.

If you ask me the only way anyone would quit at this stage of the season would be if they have a seriou injury and CBF'd going through the rehab. Or else he had a punch on with the coach. Neither sound terribly likely.

we lack consistent contested footy and tackles. I am baffled that we select players who are deficient in these skills.

Dont know where i stand at the moment but since you said we lack these things, why would tucky get any special treatment, since he's only had 4 tackles for the year. Doesnt matter what he used to do, its what he does at the moment.

Wonder who the sub will be tonight.

Think Ellis deserves a full game - his gut running and endurance should let him cover a lot of the ground up there. Same goes for White - his pace and endurance will be of great benefit to the team. Batchelor will get a full game in defence and I hope Helbig is played in the middle where his crash and bash style can offset some of the pack crashing Tuck and Conca would bring.

Thinking Knights as the possible sub - not much x factor to him but if he can use his footy smarts to find space and be a marking option across HF, might be a handy weapon to bring on later in the game to boost our structures.

Unbelievable. I never would have known that. Crikey Ive heard of midfielders being taller than ruckman of previous eras but to be a single cm shorter than Royce makes him very deceptively tall along with always assuming Royce was at least 6 2''
