I learned that Chris Scott was right. So many pole smokers who go to the footy in Perth, it is actually quite unbelievable.

I thought we played as well as Freo allowed us to play. Yes our goals were scrappy but every side that has played Freo since they beat us the first time has had the same issues. Lets not forget they belted the Eagles 2 weeks back by plenty and they are a better side than us.I like your line of thought, just surprised at how you viewed the game. Did you not think in general play that Freo had it completely all over us? Most of our goals were scrapped, and there was no real fluidity to our forward movements, other than when we caught Freo on the fast break. I know we were under manned, but I thought we got taught a lesson by a real disciplined finals team.

Interesting since Blight moved over to a coaching role GC got their 2 wins.hardwiick outcoached again. whats new. he is lyons bitch. needs a 101 course in coaching and he needs a mentor
I also think people tend to forget how much of an experienced team Freo are, their backline alone would have played more games together than half our team has.You have to remember the Dickers flogged the eagles by 10 goals plus, and they are a top 6 side. Our resilience levels are very high considering where they used to be
Majority were great. I shouldn't lump all of them in the same boat. What was it like? Friendly folk?
Is there a poster Tunksy on here? I remember seeing his name somewhere.
There was a guy two rows from me who had a Richmond guernsey with Tunksy on the back.
2) ... a few players today would have had their papers stamped 6) We are still one of the youngest lists in the comp
Classic. He looked like he was having a good time.Yes there is Tuggs.

Was almost too warm for a lilly white Vic to handle. 24 degrees. At least the sun didn't hit us until the 10 minute markl of the last.Did you have a good time? Looked an awesome day over there. You should have zinced up and put on the mankini and got a nice tan.
Agree. Turned to KiwiTiger when O'Hanlon was lining up on the siren and said if he kicks this, it will be the most "flatteringest" 22-point loss in history. We never looked like winning. It was a lot better than previous experiences for me at least. Except a bunch of teenage girls right behind me who had no understanding of the rules what so ever and no matter what happened Richmond were in the wrong and Freo were in the right.
Didn't matter what the umps did anyway, Richmond never looked like they were in it to win it. Scoreline flattered us and the true gap between the teams would have shown more if Fremantle were more accurate.
Thanks for the lift back into town mate. Much apreciated.Bloody hot for 24 degrees
