Vale Gentleman Jim - Pay your respects in this thread

[HAWKS HEROES]

by the sounds of it he is not too well and his health has deteriorated , i sadly do not think he will be on this earth for much longer so sad that a great man who fought so hard to beat his cancer by all means may not be around for much longer

my thoughts are with him and his family and friends at this time .

me too hope it is only temporary but from what i hear it does not sound good at all fingers crossed they have it wrong cause i so wanted for him to win his battle and survive

Everytime you hear about this you always fear the worst and I, for one, hope it's just a small setback and that he'll be at almost every game cheering his beloved Dees.

The way Demetriou mentioned how Jim was going, he didn't look at all hopeful. My thoughts go to the all the people close to him.

It sounded like it was headed down this path the last time they operated and the surgeon couldn't do anything and left Jim to 'explore his options.'
Just gutted right now.

Not much you can say really, all you can do is hope for the best. Just another obstacle for the great man, hope he gets through it. As soon as I heard it On The Couch I felt sick, gut wrenching news to say the least.

Ask that question to anyone who's had to rely on the Reach Foundation and see what they say...

Not having a go at what he,s done for the Reach Foundation, Far from it.But there are a hell of alot of others behind the scenes who have contributed as much or more than Jim.
Just having a go at the wording thats all.
