Must have cashed up bogan's moved in across the street.
Cashed up, because its a bloody good and expensive house.
Bogans because i came around the corner, not particularly slowly, to see some little kid, on a motorbike with learner wheels ( of all the ridiculous things ) aimed right at me .
I was the one who was on the correct side of the road as usual.

Its not electric either so its like a blowfly on steroids out the front.

Yeah but not for long. Without having to include pedaling its actually easier to ride a motorbike for kids

I wish he'd ride on the correct side of the road, if he HAS to ride on the road. Hate to see the little tacker splatter on the front of a car. Its a quiet court , but still.

I guess with the noise he's making, "Karen" next door will see to it soon enough.

People waiting at traffic lights taking a good 4-5 seconds to start moving for a green light then proceeding to not use an accelerator do move the car and taking FOREVER to reach anything near a speed limit.

Bring on self driving cars that react and accelerate at a reasonable rate at lights.

Yeah that shites me.
Esp if only a few cars go though.

It's green ahead and we're going at snail pace.

Its painful to watch and even worse to be in.

We have an intersection not far from home that has a VERY short green turning arrow and you can see these muppets miss the turn of the light, then pull away at 5kmh then watch the second car have to run a red to get through.

****ing KILLS me.

I'm not one of those drivers that does that. But I don't get too annoyed if it happens. An extra couple of minutes at the lights doesn't make much difference to your day. You get a little more of the podcast or playlist you were listening to.

One intersection near me when I turn right I'm near the centre line.
Everyone turning past you got a grumpy face they wanna cut the corner.
Decided to go to breamlea beach the other day and come back and to the turn that corner.
Easy peasy why people cutting corners every cat got power steering why people so fuuu lazy.

Used to be a rule that when you made a right turn into a multi lane road, you used to have to turn into the right lane.
They changed it so you can turn into any lane.
So lazy campaigners turn right into the left lane , even though the left lane is a temporary lane at the intersection.
Used to be that you could turn left into the same road at the same time, from the opposite side of the intersection, but now they swerve all the way across to block you.

Yeh i dont agree. If youre doing the morning drop off then have to go to the shops before getting back to the desk for work, losing a few minutes because of someone else inattentiveness and lack of driving ability is immensely frustrating.

Its also so easily avoidable, pay attention to the road and the lights when youre driving, its ALL you should be paying attention to.

I was taught to drive that way .
Everyone does what they want these days ...

My commute can easily go from 30 minutes to 40-45 minutes.

Key right hand turn, sometimes i get near the front first time , other times is three long cycles.
( i have worked out where the pressure pads are for the turning lights, and sometimes i drop back a bit to trigger one, meaning the turning lights stay green longer ).
Then there's the run down Dandenong road.
Go close to 80, and you get a dream run through green lights all the way from Hallam to Dandenong-Frankston road.
Get stuck behind people going 60 side by side , and you end up stopping at all the lights.

Then there is a double intersection with a freeway.
People in front of me see the red light on the second set of lights , so start coasting down.
But the first set of lights is due to change, and the cars from the side road completely fill the space between the two intersections. So then when you get the green, it takes so long for all of them to get moving that ( ie a good 4-5 seconds each ) that you get a red light at the second set again.

It's not hard to pay attention imo..

I've seen it time and time again.
Sitting at the lights, long cycle time.
Just as you know its nearly coming up, you see the person in front suddenly get distracted and start rummaging around looking for something on the passenger seat. FFS campaigner, do that when you first stop at the lights, not after you get sick of waiting.

Also , the same people who look like they are deliberately trying to catch red lights, getting slower and slower as they approach the intersection and slamming their foot on the brake rather than catch a yellow, inevitably end up in front at the lights, and unsurprisingly take forever to get going.

What was that?

I drive a manual, not very quick in first. Funny to see other cars roar up then have to back off while I sedately accelerate through the gears.
