The McKay situation reminds me of Carey and Longmire. On paper it looked great, but they kept running into each other. Gold Coast took a lot of uncontested marks inside 50 off the back of our critical turnovers in the middle/back half.

In stark contrast, we didn't apply anywhere near enough pressure yet again to force the same type of turnovers and the same type of easy marks inside 50. In the first 2 weeks we did - but since then our pressure rating has been pathetic.

Hall ruined Sheezel in one game jajajaja

So Sheezel was not running as hard today. He only clocked in his lowest metres for the year at 170. All his games where he had his heat map was everywhere and he almost had 600-700 meters gained.

We’re all on here only weeks ago, saying how great Luke McDonald was, how amazing Larkey was kicking a bag, Corr was a a machine down back, LDU is in Brownlow contention etc etc but now all of a sudden they’re shit and hopeless.

Again. Most of our players are great when they put in EFFORT and want to win. As soon as we’re not switched on which should be a ****ing minimum ask, everyone says how shit our list is, when it’s always more than that. Even Mckay and his fraudulent behaviour on the field is messing us up. Imagine seeing your leader doing pathetic efforts as a player in the backline? It’s spread throughout.

I’m using Saints as a example. They went in knowing they’re ****ed and they had heaps of injuries going in, but they go into each game giving it their all and look what’s happening. We have a very healthy list ffs lol

This is not what we’re capable of.

Our worst defensive games of the year have been with McKay in the side, it’s not a coincidence.

We were better defensively with Bonar and Corr.

With McKay in that structure we should be 200 times better defensively, but we aren’t because he is actual the cause of us being poor.

His I don’t give a **** attitude is worse than playing an undersized Bonar, think about that.
