Nope. IMO they should have 2 subs and only 2 interchange players.
(But we've been through all that last year)

And the number of times I saw Sydney's golden boys, Hannebery, Jack and Parker drop the ball in a tackle and not get penalised like we were...

Can somebody explain why the high bump on Dahlhaus was not paid, i know they were both going for the ball but Dahl did get hit near the neck and head.

That's why i think Bevo did a bit of a back flip , as he realizes the 2nd team syndrome can earn extra memberships, esp if we keep playing like this.

Haven't had a closer look at the incident but my guess is it's "grand final syndrome". The umps tend to put the whistle away in the latter part of those big games.

Yesterday was one of those games (and isn't it nice to be able to say that! :))

Understand and agree with it but you compare that hit if it was a swans player like Buddy and it would have been paid in my view, just like the one 50 paid against Roughead wasn't there.

Massive difference in the talk and organisation on field from last year. Massive difference. Guys know their role and work for each other. Wood is a big influence down back in this regard as well.

Wood was awesome last year as well. Just could not understand why his season last year wasn't rated
 
I am bitterly disapointed with both our performance and the result. I reckon this one might hurt us come season's end.

However, you guys deserve a lot of credit.

Most pundits are saying that it was a 'gutsy' win - and there's no doubt you matched us in that area.

But i reckon that is selling your performance a bit short. From my seat in the stand, it was your skill level, decision making and composure that won the game. You clearly outplayed us in that area and you deserve full recognition for that. To suggest that the Dogs are a gutsy side is not telling the full story.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

I'm happy to see a few coaches coming out to say that the sub is rubbish. Hopefully it instigates some change there.

I did see his presser. IMO (though not sure if I'm allowed to offer it ...) Bev did an excellent job in deflecting the Q. I actually like Cordy (and have him in my DT). I just don't see yet what position he plays at AFL.

Of course our head coaches opinion is the most important. The board would be a pretty boring place if we can't all add our views though (IMO). Let's see what unfolds in the coming weeks. I DO hope it works out for Ayce and he finds a position at AFL level. Each year I'm just less hopeful he will.

So after that game in Sydney , they had a debrief, cleaned up, made their way to the airport , flew home, had time to get home and get changed to then go out of the town in the city that same night?
 
Not to mention be available for a recovery session this morning?
