First time I have had a chance to look at anything on this kid. Very Impressive highlights. Natural kicker of the ball and seems to make good decisions. He is a skinny kid and given a couple of years in our system I think he may be the best we have drafted in fair while. Bit of Luke Hodge I reckon.
He does like to take the game on reminds me of Justin Madden

Joshua had a pretty rough year, but had been rated really highly before the draft. Seem like one of those young players with plenty of ability but someone who needed to put on another 10kgs to mix it with the big boys.

Really hoping we can get something out of him next year. Looked like a decent prospect at the time. Hopefully just played out of position or just taking some time to adapt to senior footy.
Hopefully is getting used to the pace at WAFL league level and can impact games more in 2018.
Averaged 13 touches a game in 2017. His first half of the season was better than his 2nd, but here's hoping he can improve going forward.
By comparison, Schofield averaged 16 touches from more games in his first year on the list back in 2007.

Didn't help he was playing as a tall defender most of the time. I think with one or both of Schofield & McKenzie playing at EP he will get to play his more natural game as a rebounding HB but i do hope he can transition as a mid ASAP.
Great debut from Rotham in a tough match.
Read the ball well, stayed composed in possession and didn't give his opponent much in the way of opportunity.
Looked like a young EMac out there.
