Which club do you want to draft Luke Ball?

Hopefully that's the end of it.

I think you can actually see a clear drop in not only quality but quantity of posts over the last few weeks because of the bird-flu infection we've had on this board lately.

That's why nobody's posting. We've all left, because this board ceased to be fun for a while. I come on here to talk about St Kilda, especially with my mates. I love having banter with other supporters, but obviously not to this extent or with this kind of unpleasantness.

Fact is, there's good trolling and bad trolling. Good trolling invites discussion and stimulates new ideas. Bad trolling is what we've got from Collingwood supporters.

I'm hoping the bad taste in my mouth that has started to come every time I look at this board will start to go away soon.

We had to cover our loss of cox for ball.

Someone told me that the saints players were really upset at losing ball, any truth to it? Could be a morale issue in the future between coaches and players.

not a troll.

Happened with Bretheras axing from malthouse, players were very pissed off.

Maguire is almost his brother in law. But he's gone too. If they were upset they should have convinced him to stay, since he left of his own accord.

Um ... no.

If Ball was not doing the work required by team standards, then everyone else has to cover the slack.

He knocked back a 3 year contract with St Kilda - no-one at the club would be shedding tears as a result of his decision. Armitage hasn't stopped celebrating.

Hopefully not too hard, don't want him to do another hammy pre season through moon jumps.:p

Was watching the draft with a few guys, and despite the funny buggers from the Melbourne recruiter at pick 18 (prick!) it seemed inevitable.

Quite a few boos from most supporters at pick 30 - but one very large cheer from one Collingwood fan about 15 minutes away from having to front a cricket tribunal for abusive language towards an umpire (who wouldda thunk it).

I asked him wheter the captain of the Collingwood VFL team felt threatened by the recruiting of Ball. Hope I did not put him off going into the hearing!!!
