Carlton cant help but beat the battlers (everyone beat them!!) When 30% of your wins are from teams who lost 20+ games it is clear the fixture was a key factor in H&A ladder position.
Having 4 gimme wins is why Carlton played finals.
Laughable that Bagger fans still pretend the Fixture isnt a factor in the H&A ladder.

Obviously, Collingwood. Collingwood will with the 2025 Premiership, so it is impossible for Carlton to finish above them.
Laughable how many times they have used the draw as an excuse, especially after predicting we would miss finals

The plan needs a tweek. They require more umpiring assistance in the plan. # freekickCurnow during h&away games isn't enough.
I think it's awesome.
Whilst Carlton are beneficiaries of favourable fixtures and umpiring, their ladder position at the end of home and away grossly overstates their ability as a football club.
And whilst they continue to 'contend for finals', they truly believe they're not far behind the best teams in the competition, retain their coaching staff, and feel as though playing list improvement is not required.
Which does nothing but extend their current period of irrelevancy and mediocrity.
