Going back over this thread, I miss the days of dyertribe defending Scott Hodges to the hilt.
Just on Meeson saw both him & K Cornes tear Sturt apart in one SANFL match & he definitely could play the game, alas though that was not all that he could play around with.

He was with Hodges. The one bloke who probably attracted the anti-Port vibe that spilled over from 1990 into 1991. The contract issues and the fact he was Jack Cahill's son-in-law probably didn't help either.
As for tribey, dunno. It's like having an old mate who you used to talk footy with, and the next time you bump into them they've had the op and now they're a chick. Who you use to know as Dazza is now Carlotta.

How about Adam saliba? I went to highschool with him... spectacular talent, was Cornesy's Love child... even secretly picking him up from the local Copshop after a few too many and hiding it from the media and general public... oops ;-)

Skipworth doesn't deserve to be mentioned here. His 2005 was pretty good, especially that game against North.
