i don't care who he is, but if his first game he is brought off the bench when Tippet enters the ruck for sydney......

At the going down of the sun, in the morning, we will remember him.

I havent read any of this thread and this is my first post in it, but all I can say is with Sudjai Cook, Tim Cook and Myke Cook having been on our list, Mrs Cook must have some bloody good dirt on Triggy and co!

When you look at it that way we should avoid all Cooks from now on

Got a few boys around tonight and asked the question, we have settled on.....

David Gallagher
Could find the thing ok....sadly that was the problem lol

Don't you actually have to have played a game? IF not, there are far too many candidates to come to a conclusion. On the basis of having to have played a game, I nominate Ashely Fernee. For those players who played a decent amount of games my nomination would be Brett Chalmers. Did he ever play a decent game for the AFC? One Showdown in the wet perhaps.

There's really 2 types of contenders.. there's the worst player to have represented the AFC (for which they must have played at least one game - either MMC or H&A/Final) and worst player to have ever been on an AFC team list (for which there is no such requirement). I would argue that any player who qualifies for the former would automatically be excluded from the latter, on the basis that they were at least good enough to gain selection once.

ian perrie copped a lot of crap but i liked him - he tried hard and there was far worse. one who comes to mind is jarrhan jacky - may not have been the worst to play but he did bugger all when he did apart from fall over. i had hopes for him too - what a disappointment he was. he would be one of the worst to play a game.
