In an article for The Conversation, Adam Taylor of the Menzies Health Institute at Queensland’s Griffith University wrote that the exact threat Lamda poses is still unknown.

I don't mind this line of thinking by her TBH, it's a different tact to acting scared and telling your state to hide every time 10 cases pop up. Country has to eventually go down this road so why not start now and see how it goes or else what the hell are people getting vaccinated for.

The risk from the unvaccinated is not to the vaccinated. It’s to the people who are too sick to get vaccinated.
