It's the angle. His right arm and thigh look likes he's been hitting the gym and starting to get some definition rather than puppy fat. His left arm like he's been spending too much time with Fantasia getting down the no definition boy band look.

After 2 decades of our skinnier than average players getting bullied by bigger, stronger teams, it's nice to have a kid who is built like a brick shithouse. Wines is also comparatively 'uuuge but he doesn't have the mongrel.

In his rookie season he had established veterans short stepping as he barrelled into contests. Love him. Just need to keep him fit and healthy.

Thought Lachie was huge tonight. 16 disposals in a half forward flank wasteland, kicked a goal, couple of goal assists, created a goal or two with pressure, put the frighteners on a few as usual.

Couple of handling errors but overall mostly clean with the ball.

Might not he a natural forward but he is learning how to contribute.

I reckon his only problem is spending it before he takes possession sometimes which will lessen the more experience he gains. Tracking nicely.

Hard position he plays, one thing about Lachie is that he tries his absolute all. May make an error and trip over his own feet but can forgive that when I see his heart and effort

His ability to get to the contest and compete so well both on the ground and in the air is valuable.

If he can just gain a little composure and sure handling at both he will be a gem.

Tries hard but is way better suited off half back. There is nothing natural in his game as a forward whatsoever.

He's such a bruising presence and rarely loses a 1 on 1 physical battle. Let him play off half back so he can come forward and attack the ball and gain territory at the same time.
