This is sink or swim time for Ratts. Lose this and he’s going to have to perform miracles on the way home. I hope we don’t sign him for a few more weeks. If he misses finals he should go. Probably the football department too. We can’t afford another Richo. He’s not developing youth at the rate other clubs are and he’s had a lot spent on footy department and players.

Agreed. The next month is absolutely make or break. Can't go prematurely on an extension then we fall off the cliff.
Surely extension talks have been put on the backburner in the interim.
That disappointment will be compounded by listening to Darcy attempt to commentate.

Finals have come early, this is virtually an elimination final tonight, the winner keeps their spot in the Top 8 and the loser will struggle to get back in.

Gringo a bit harsh , the guy has played 3 kids the whole season and hasn't been tempted to play the soft options, we are just over half way and there is no reason we can't surprise.
With King , Sharman , Windhager , Milera and Byrne in the team I think he is doing his upmost to develop the kids.
What we need today is the more experienced guys that have not been shining bright - guys like Marshall , Jones , Membery , Billings , Long , Butler and Clark to step up and if they do it will be a different side from the last few weeks.
