Cripps is the most important part of the whole hierarchy give the man a raise .
Only when he has put enough proper KPD's and rucks on the list.

Clubs aren't stupid, they fully understand that appointing Chocolate head coach is essentially handing him the keys to your whole organisation. Most people in powerful positions wouldn't want to hire people who they perceive may undermine their authority. This is Chocolate's problem.
Besides Dank 1.0 and a young list, part of the reason for 2007 (and Choco's diving further down the rabbit hole post GF) is our strong admin had left end of 2004. If Bucky had still been around 2007, I have no doubt, if he wasn't in the box GF day, he'd have been on the phone demanding Choco turn it into as ugly a game as possible, to stem the bleeding. And Choco would have done it.

Choco would be fine for a club with a strong admin, that could tell him 'this is your role, we'll give you what you need, but we won't tolerate you trying to do others jobs'. Port under Koch, Richardson and co. is not a club that could do that. Neither is the Saints.

North Melbourne has informed Jed Anderson, Atu Bosenavulagi, Kayne Turner and Josh Walker that they will not be offered contracts for the 2023 season.

Roos announce four list changes

Oh no not Kayne Turner.

He was the one of the players who was going to seek retribution on JHF for leaving according to the North supporters.

Public comments on whether the West Torrens Council should enter into agreement with the Adelaide Football Club on taking a 42 year lease for the redevelopment of public land in the Thebarton area have now closed.

Residents of the area and others have expressed concerned at the way the Council has prioritised negotiations with the Crows over consulting with its residents. Those I have spoken with have been angry at what they perceive to be the Mayor and Councillors championing the project publicly without details of what is proposed being released.

Elections for Council members has commenced and the Mayor of West Torrens will not have to stand for election as no one is standing against him.

But someone today sent me details of members who are. Including someone called Mathew McKay who is standing for election in the Thebarton ward that encompasses the area that the Crows want to lease for redevelopment. Matthew does not live in the area but that is not a requirement for election. His bio is here:

West Torrens has 6 wards. And Matthews mum and dad are sitting members in 2 of them:

So if Matthew McKay gets elected in a few weeks for the Thebarton ward, his family will represent 3 of the 6 wards that make up the democracy of West Torrens Council and its 60,000 residents.

What a dynasty!

For the record there is absolutely nothing illegal under SA electoral laws to prevent members from one family standing for different seats within the same Council. It certainly makes it easier for major corporations wanting to negotiate with a local Council about a major development project doesn't it?

Takes the idea of a one-stop-shop to a new level.

FFS.

North Melbourne’s Tarryn Thomas is reportedly under police investigation amid allegations of “intimidatory” behaviour towards an ex-girlfriend.

The Herald Sun reports the 22-year-old Thomas “found himself under scrutiny” due to his alleged behaviour on social media.

It is alleged in “several instances” Thomas used “intimidatory behaviour” including comments regarding a former partner’s personal photos and videos.

Going to have to name them the Hobart Ls.

Jungle drums are beating that he's been approached if not poached by the Saints.
Reckon the skins on those drums have worn through by now.

They've been beating the same tune for 8 years now. This from 2014...
