AFLW 2024 - Round 10 - Chat, game threads, injury lists, team lineups and more.
My understanding is that he played in the VFL practice match on the weekend. If Amartey is fit then no question, but I thought he was injured?

If there's low risk to re-injury and he can do 60% TOG, I'd take that over McAndrew, who probably wouldn't do much more anyway. My understanding is that he played in the VFL practice match on the weekend.
I feel the chance has been missed. Please let the next match preview thread be 'Toastie: Civil War'
Still aiming for that literary award. Now going for the Fogarty!I feel the chance has been missed.
The R1 Autopsy thread could have been “Gold Toast - We Grilled ‘Em”.
This post tells me you know not much about our players if you think Worpel and Wingard are our best. FYI it's Sicily and it's not even close either. He's the only A grader we have. We will respond to the garbage we dishes up yesterday but you guys will still win. Our structures are all over the shop at present and we're only playing one way, all attack and don't know what to do if it doesn't work yet.Yep their best player Worpel will breathe fire and hack kick every chance he gets into a swans defender. You're literally talking about a side where you can argue either Chad Wingard or Worpel are by far and above their best players? I think we'll be OK
Not till round 5. Were completely shot without him that's for sure as Jacob Kosi is not the answer. Expect us to at least have a crack which our supporters will accept. Another shoddy poor display will have early questions asked of Mitchell regardless of the narrative around us.I feel like whether or not this game will be tough comes down entirely to the availability of Mitch Lewis
Maginness has a very good record against all players he has tagged. He kept Merrett quiet until he moved into a different role than Merrett dominated. He also shut down Nick Daicos in the practice match as well. As a pure negative player he's very good. Problem is he is limited and needs to add another string to his bow.I remember near the end of the season last year against St Kilda Warner got tagged by Windhager but he was still effective and got 20+ disposals so I think he'll be fine against Maginness but I hope Gulden has learnt to deal with it as he was pretty much taken out of the GF by Geelong. Cant remember who it was though that was on him
He can only tag one. Drag him away.Maginness has a very good record against all players he has tagged. He kept Merrett quiet until he moved into a different role than Merrett dominated. Yeah nah.
Not me.
Love this weather.
Yeah beating the Cats and the Dees by 100 would go a fair way.Win a few games by over a 100 points and a team is a genuine flag contender.
Just saying …
