If i wasnt in the Mansell thread and typed what I did then fair crack, my wording could have been better but I was talking about Mansell.
Mate you're entitled to your opinion. I'm just pointing out the rebuttal is that our flags were built around players nobody else valued and yet Richmond turned them into important role players to compliment our guns. Just unsure why you don't see that Mansell is exactly that type. Coach says run through a brick wall, he will run through a brick wall.

Mansell doesnt play the pressure game, his round 1 performance was crapola, you bought the Dimma spin. I didnt.

The same Mansell that kept Saad to 19 touches, 7 of which were kick ins? Hmm

I don't mind him in the side as that negating player something that's been missing for years locking down the opposition creators etc we get burned to much from this scenario. Aslong as he can be offensive to needs to add that string.

In his 300 games coaching career one constant has been there. There's always an unjustified spud in the team. Steve Morris, Pushup Queen, blonde ex Geelong dud who's name I've forgotten, Chris Newman in his final 2 years, Aarts, Castagna and Mansell. This blokes very best is bung average. If he wasn't contracted 99% of supporters wouldn't have batted an eyelid if he was delisted in off season. HTF is this plodder in before Cumberland????? Maybe he's gonna do a repeat of Stewart/ Prestia and belt Daicos behind play???? Can't see the logic in playing a limited 23yo spud over getting games into Cumberland/ Sonsie/ Banks.
A Hunt?
B. Biddiscombe
C. Neeld
D. All of the above.

Come on Morro, Mansell with the 1 big tackle, that's some amazing pressure.

Saad with 19 possessions and still 430 metres gained with 94.4% DE.
he did his job, Saad earned 11 of those posessions, 7 being kick ins would account for approx half of meters gained and inflate his DE dramatically.

You only have to look at Saad the following the week with 29 touches and probably 3rd best on ground to see how Mansell did his job.

Not convinced, but i like the discussion.

This. Saad was not influential in round 1.

Gone backwards since his first season. Reaction time with brain to eye to hand coordination is too long. Won't make it and is delisting material at seasons end. Looking like a plodder and an average run of the mill one trick pony which are abundant at VFL level. Meh poor selection against Blues.
Sorry but he no plodder.
