There was no way Howard was absolutely 100% 5 weeks after a broken wrist. 95% maybe. Good enough for a game? Sure. Good enough for a final when another KPD is available who can work within the system? They decided no.

The club is actively shopping him around man!

There is just no talking common sense with rusted ons of any supporter base.

I should also add the interest so far doesn't seem that strong and clubs want a KPD!

I reckon Billings has been a bit unlucky in Woods rise from the ashes… Wood is a bigger and a better athlete, Billings probably a better decision maker and kick. Mason is 30 and his body has failed for most of his career so I don't know if we can rely on him long term.

The five best key defenders in the game are Andrews, Moore, May, Taylor and Weitering. One each from the best 5 teams in the comp. Don't think that's a coincidence. Wilkie would be next best.

Those pumping up Cordy's tyres expecting him to be our version of those players make me laugh. I'll remind you of this in a couple of years when he's delisted.

Literally nobody is expecting Cordy to be a top 5 defender lmao

lol yeah that's why we didn't play him in the final when he was declared fit and we are trying to shop him around.

I await your logical reply with eager anticipation!
Ok, you don't think bringing a guy back after an extended layoff might not be a straightforward decision?

Dougal played more games in defence this year, more games overall, spent more time on ground, better disposal efficiency etc.

Can you link us to an article that suggests that he's being shopped around? Other clubs thinking he's potentially gettable isn't a sign of him being shopped around. Clark didn't get shopped last year by the club and North still came after him, similar instance here.

Howard is contracted, how many contracted KPD's have been chased so far this year? Barrass and that's about it. Clubs know that it will take overs to get a KPD which is why their after free agents and OOC players.

Literally nobody is expecting Cordy to play at that level. So laugh away.

Hopefully all of our injury misfortunes are turned around from next year onwards, especially with Dylan Shiel coming

I am choosing reality over whatever this is. Have a nice day.

No one expects Cordy to be the next gun defender in the competition. It’s that we know Howard’s isn’t going to be and we’re trying to cash in on his value while it’s high.

Bannable offence if you ask me. Same as versing and ownice.
There's two spellings of ownice. Ownise is the other.

Hopefully you don't bork me now that I've educated you. Ownise is on you to respond.

Someone, please tell me, have you seen us in the same room at the same time?

We've ascended into true telepathy now, nobody can stop our big-brain energy 😎😎

People were saying the same about Sinclair 4 years ago.
I certainly wasn't. Not saying I get every call right, but Sincs I was bang on.

Has always had elite disposal and decision making. Was obvious he could play, but we insisted on making him rot in the forward pocket in a crap side.

Clark has no major weapons, and glaring weaknesses that are just too hard to cover.
