So we give 8, F1 and F2 for 3 and 20?

Not sure if I'd do that deal but it does seem fair. Just depends on how much we rate the kid we might get at 3 and who will be there at 20

I don't mind this either but Lindsay at 8 is a bolter, if we stay I hope we slide back a few and gain some draft capital. Lindsay is rated at 18 in Cal's guide.

Contracts do mean something, they mean that the player will at minimum be paid that amount.

Whether its playing football at one club or another or even retiring, they will be paid that figure.

That’s what I said, player gets paid, club has some leverage.

So we would be left with:

3,7,18,47,51,85

I could get behind that (I think). But if the fans like it then it probably isn’t fair to the oppo. Usually something that is fair is when both sets of fans hate it. 47 and 51 would be quite handy in this draft in the event Macsub is done for a Future. You’d probably get F2s for those (strong teams). In turn F2s could be valuable for the northern clubs in next year’s draft. (On the proviso the NGas aren’t picked before that)
