Not true. Last year we were told that next years draft would be stronger.
This year we are hearing next year's draft will be weaker and more compromised.
I think any of Lalor, Jagga or FOS would be ideal.

A lot were bagging this draft and look at it now.
They were bagging it & got rightfully criticised in return.
I remember the majority talking it up as being a very strong draft.
And they are still saying it.
I'm talking about recruiters and draft experts by the way, not bigfooty people.

There isn’t a Harley Reid. But there looks like there is plenty of George Wardlaw/Mckercher/Pou/Nas level talents.
Assuming we'd get Smillie anyway we'd be trading Lindsay for Smith/Draper and moving our 3rd pick into a better bracket of players.
Draper, Smilie, Hannaford or so.
I think it's worth it. Probably Lindsay then ends up best of his year.
