I'd rather keep 15, 17 and 18 because on draft night we will get some enticing offers like future firsts. Hold 'em Brady.

I wouldn't be against going McKercher and O'Sullivan with picks 2 and 3.
I don't think there is all that much difference between those in the top 8.
It has been by some. Happy to see the horses mouth has killed that myth. CheersI don't think it is disputed that 2 or (less likely) 3 would be part of the deal. Rawling said as much yesterday.
He is a Turnip, yes. Not sure how I compare though - he said Dev Rob was coming about 45 minutes before the news broke he wasn’tYou’re sounding more and more like that turnip Gossage
You’re basing this off of.. what? They’re not that happy to keep it though, hence why it’s such a discussion.
And I agree - it MAY be beneficial to trade down to improve the lacklustre mid draft holdings - but it would have to be of value. The logic is that West Coast would probably value getting more than one very good draftee out of this spoon year. They don’t have the player leaving that North did last year to grab Sheezel and Wardlaw, but they do hold the top pick in a draft where that has extra value. May well go with the single player but there are reasons so many people think they might not.
Oh seriously we don’t need to go into this again do we?You’re basing this off of.. what?
If we want O'Sullivan we should trade back from 3 to 6.
3 for 6 and a F1
Dees would bite our hand off for that deal, which is the very reason we shouldn’t be doing it.3 for 6 and a F1

UrghRawlings on SEN this morning super keen to move on 15, 17 and 18 (& 57).
Anyone have a list of clubs list vacancies?
What's with eagles fans feeling the need to police every comment on this website? What’s with this rhetoric as if North giving us something we need?
We have pick 1. The club has said repeatedly it’s quite happy to keep it.
Your (relative) junk picks aren’t any good here.
Strange logic.
FFS just change the thread title to “MOP 2023 MOP Trade MOP & MOP List MOP Management MOP Thread MOP III MOP” already.

Curtin at 6. I like O'Sullivan but KPDs always take time to develop and its hard to pick the good ones at 18 years old.Just a quick question what is the better value O'Sullivan at 10 or Curtain at 6?
I’ll be happy. Not especially invested in any outcome in particular. And I agree - it MAY be beneficial to trade down to improve the lacklustre mid draft holdings - but it would have to be of value.
The offer of four mid picks doesn’t address anything here . Again, I refer back to the perfectly reasonable Hawthorn offer.
It’s just a matter of what Rawlings is happy to pony up and whether it nets us what we need.
I reckon the deal happens myself. Neither of us will be perfectly happy.
