I saw Jones at the start with the defenders group, so he's out there.

Didn't hear all of the start, but Bickley said Burgess told them at the start they'd be doing 4 random 1km runs through the training session. When they were lining up to do the 2nd one Burgess said if everyone did a PB they wouldn't have to run the second two trials, which is when they got all but 3 running PB's. So those 3 probably aren't too popular for the day!
