Plenty of good footballers have been dropped and gone on to have excellent careers. Dimma has to blame someone for not getting the results he covets especially losing to the Weagles last week, let's face it he ain't the messiah up there just yet given the talent base he has at his fingertips. I'd give them our 2025 1st rounder at a pinch as long as we got their 2nd back.Six years in the system now and he’s still largely riding on potential and can’t find a permanent role. Do you think he’s worth more than a late first?
Not disputing thatHe's softer than both of those.
Get ready for the Vic media to start claiming he's worth 2 firstsBest news about Luko being dropped is there goes any chance of pick 4 being involved. Not best 23 = not 1st round pick imo
I’m not denying Luko’s talent, highlighted by the fact I still think he’s worth a pick within the first round (which seems a minority opinion on here). We’re too hard to read going into 2025, I’d be much more comfortable walking away from the trade than offering our first.Plenty of good footballers have been dropped and gone on to have excellent careers. They might, but if my thoughts are on the money - they are manoeuvring for a play for Draper. Hope I am wrong.Port will be all over him if we don’t offer up enough currency.
Don't think so, if he doesn't get to us then he won't be traded which Hardwick doesn't want to happen so I think GCS will accept a reasonable trade for him.Port will be all over him if we don’t offer up enough currency.
What makes you think he only wants us? Port arguably need him more than we do.Don't think so, if he doesn't get to us then he won't be traded which Hardwick doesn't want to happen so I think GCS will accept a reasonable trade for him.
They aren’t getting in front of us at 4 no matter how hard they tryThey might, but if my thoughts are on the money - they are manoeuvring for a play for Draper. Hope I am wrong.
5AA reported that he’ll be re-signingSen are talking about a potential Walker retirement announcement tomorrow? Apparently based on comments by Nicks today. Anyone hear what was said?
Posts from other posters saying this and why he has only met with us.What makes you think he only wants us? Port arguably need him more than we do.
If Georgiadis is involved West Coast could bite, but they would be stupid to let him go as their forward line is already weak. They aren’t getting in front of us at 4 no matter how hard they try
He just re-signed he’s not going anywhereIf Georgiadis is involved West Coast could bite, but they would be stupid to let him go as their forward line is already weak.
Port will push anyone out the club, contract or not if they have sights set on a targetHe just re-signed he’s not going anywhere
I doubt they get up that farThey might, but if my thoughts are on the money - they are manoeuvring for a play for Draper. Hope I am wrong.
You banking on a 17 year old Welsh to come in and make an impact immediately?
We can easily have a future forward line that revolves around Thilthorpe, FOG, Luko and Welsh.
Look at 2017 and go like for like - TT = Jenkins, FOG = Walker, Luko = Lynch and then young Welsh can play the McGovern/Otten forward role.
Not a fan of this, Tex or no Tex
Thankfully it’s Rooch saying it
Where is Sanders ? Haven’t seen them post in a while ,Me when I first read that "St KFC?"
